Class Changes

Find your schedule

How it works

• Move any class to any open VIP class, any day of the week, through Thursday, February 18.
• Can't make a class? Cancel it here so the spot opens up, then pick your make-up now or later.
• Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. For anything sooner, send Coach Grady a note on this page.
• Groups max out at 12, so only classes with open spots are shown.
• Athletes training twice a week won't see a class the day before or after another one of their classes, so they get a rest day between throwing days.
